Simon is going to Solstice Ski Jump Camp this month, and is looking forward to spending more time ski jumping!   At the end of camp, they will be doing a jump-a-thon to help raise money to replace and repair some of the ski jumping facilities.  After more than 35 years, the buildings at the base of the jumps that facilitate the program are in need of replacement.  Fundraising work has been underway for several years with the goal of replacing the buildings in 2023, ahead of Anchorage hosting the US Junior National competition.

The jump-a-thon goes from 1pm-1am (yay midnight sun!) with jumpers treking up the stairs and flying down the hill as many times as they can.  If you want to help support Simon's jumping (probably not til 1am this year, ha!), he would love the support!  He has loved ski jumping and has found such a great group of kids and coaches in the sport.
